Shipping and Policies
Shipping
- We currently only ship in the United States.
- We use USPS.
- Items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
- Please check your shipping address. We are not responsible for items shipped to an inaccurately submitted address.
- We are not responsible for any item stolen upon delivery.
- If you wish to have insurance added please contact us prior to placing an order.
Production
- Production time takes 5 to 10 business days plus shipping time. During busy times orders will take more time. We will update our website if we are experiencing longer turnaround times.
- We currently do not offer rush options.
Returns
- Once a personalization order is placed it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
- Please double-check your order before submitting it. We are not responsible for incorrect personalization requests.
- Personalized items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless the error is made on our part. If an item is damaged or personalized incorrectly due to our error, we will be happy to replace the item with a new item or refund. Please notify us within 48 hours. We will replace the item as quickly as possible.
- If you need to return a non-personalized item, please do so within 15 days. The item must be in original condition with packaging. You will receive a store credit
- If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours and provide us with photos of the packaging and item. In some cases, we will ask for the item to be returned.
- All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
Outside Items
- If you wish to have an item monogrammed that we do not carry please send us an e-mail before mailing anything to us. We will get in touch with you about the procedure and pricing. We do not personalize heirloom, vintage, or antique items.
